YOUR ROLE
In charge of the Finance Program Management Office department, the role will:
- Oversee the programs handled by the team, and ensure the consistency in terms of prioritization, methodology, and workload management
- Ensure the delivery of the programs managed by the department, from a timeliness, budget and qualitative perspective
- Communicate efficiently to all the required stakeholders at all project phases
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Ensure an adequate project methodology is used
- Program delivery as expected, early identification and efficient communication if any deviation
- Solution oriented and proactive in problem solving
- Mobilize, communicate, influence, structure, onboard and follow up for ensuring projects are driven successfully
- Plan, organize and anticipate for aligning the workload and available bandwidth accordingly to (i) priorities which can evolve over time against (ii) budgets constraints
- Added value driven: tangible metrics (qualitative and quantitative) shall drive any decision, and shall be measured throughout the lifetime of a program
- Overall, contribute to enhance Ceva Finance performance (and Ceva performance globally)
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Master degree, MBA, Business School, Engineer, or any top school
- Minimum of 5 years in large management of large programs
- Project/Program management
- Finance
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluent in English
