Assister le Group Chief Compliance Officer dans les différents travaux et projets du département conformité en charge plus particulièrement des questions relatives aux sanctions et embargos, au blanchiment, à la corruption, aux conflits d’intérêts, à la fraude, à la protection des données et aux nouvelles exigences en matière de gestion des tiers.

**Responsibilities**

Sous la responsabilité du Group Chief Compliance Officer, ou de son délégué, et en étroite collaboration avec le compliance officer EMEA, vous apporterez votre support pour:

- la mise en œuvre des actions définies dans le plan de conformité annuel
- l’activité de formation du département à destination des clients internes
- l’activité de communication interne et externe sur les sujets conformité
- la revue annuelle ou adhoc des procédures, guidelines, politiques et contrôles conformité en fonction des besoins
- la réponse aux demandes liées aux « KYC » adressés à SCOR SE ou à ses filiales (recherches d’informations, prises de contact avec les interlocuteurs locaux, etc.)
- la veille juridique et réglementaire, notamment sur les sujets corruption, devoir de vigilance, sanctions et embargos, blanchiment et financement du terrorisme, conflits d’intérêts, représentants d’intérêts
- la revue de certaines transactions pour s’assurer de leur conformité avec les règles applicables en matière de sanctions et embargos
- la participation aux projets du département (digitalisation, mise en conformité règlementaire)

**Qualifications**

**Expérience**:
Titulaire / en cours d’apprentissage au sein d’un Master I ou II en droit (avec de préférence une spécialisation en droit pénal / droit des affaires et conformité / criminalité financière), ou bien en gestion des risques ou contrôle interne

Elève avocat au sein d’une école d’avocats (EDA)

Intérêt pour les sujets conformité et la gestion du risque

**Compétences personnelles**

Aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais

Capacité à travailler en équipe et dans une dimension internationale

Flexibilité et capacité d’adaptation

**Compétences digitales**

Maitrise du pack office

**Formation requise**

Titulaire / en cours d’apprentissage au sein d’un Master II en droit avec de préférence une spécialisation en droit pénal / droit des affaires et conformité / criminalité financière

Elève avocat au sein d’une école d’avocats (EDA)
