Descriptif du poste

Au sein de la direction France et Restauration (DFR), le PMO suit les situations des différents projets de son portefeuille et synthétise sous forme de tableaux de bord les informations au profit de la direction de de la DFR. Il appuie directement certains chefs de projet sur demande son encadrement, ainsi que les directions supports si besoin (contrôle de gestion notamment). En particulier, il contribue au suivi des projets majeurs de la DFR, notamment les projets « Concession ».

Vos missions au quotidien
Créer le planning et suivre la mise à jour du planning projet ;
Suivre de manière hebdomadaire, l'avancement des tâches avec les responsables concernés et alerter le cas échéant le chef de projet s'il identifie des dérives potentielles dans la réalisation des tâches ;
Contrôler la production des livrables et s'assurer de l'état d'avancement des livrables auprès des différents contributeurs internes et externes ;
Contrôler de la réalisation des actions projets ;
Centraliser les actions du projet, les communiquer aux acteurs concernés et s'assurer de leur bonne réalisation et du contrôle des acteurs projet ;
Participer à l'analyse des risques du projet et réaliser le suivi des actions préventives et correctives.
Elaborer et suivre les indicateurs des risques, assurer que les données d'entrée sont fiables et produit le tableau de bord à fréquence fixe (indicateurs de suivi des actions, des livrables, des risques).
Coordonner les acteurs projet, assurer au quotidien un rôle de facilitateur dans la coordination des membres de l'équipe projet ;
Détecter les problèmes et alerter le chef de projet si dysfonctionnement potentiels ou avérés ;
Apporter un soutien méthodologique et technique à l'ensemble de l'équipe sur l'ensemble des dominantes du projet ;
Contribuer aux modélisations économiques et financières ;
Participer aux travaux financiers en relation avec la DAPCI et l'équipe gestion opérationnelle sur les projets de son périmètre ;
Assurer tous travaux, études, projets, remplacements ou renforts rattachables à la fonction assurée.

Profil recherché

De formation supérieure Bac +4/5 en école de commerce (option Gestion de Projet / Contrôle de Gestion) avec au minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet, conseil ou gestion financière opérationnelle.

Vos savoir-faire
- Connaissance des schémas de gestion de projet ;
- Maîtriser le pack office et notamment Excel (niveau expert requis).
