**We are currently running a pilot, this is a highly critical phase for the success of the company**

We have recently started our operations and are currently in the process of running a pilot across 4 countries in order to validate the business model and further refine the product market fit. Concretely, we have onboarded a limited number of users on the platform and are observing how they use it, gathering detailed user feedback, designing and implementing changes in a very dynamic way, all this with the aim to start a phase of gradual scaling during Q2 2024. We currently are a team of 6 people working in Paris and Barcelona. This is an incredible opportunity to contribute to an early stage venture during one of its most critical phases. We are opening internship opportunities either in France (Paris) or Spain (Barcelona). The starting date is flexible but the duration has to be 6 months.

**The role : Operations Manager Intern**

You will help build world class services by:

- Crafting tools to scale recurring operations and increasing our productivity as a whole
- Analyzing and challenging our performances through data crunching
- Managing day-to-day operations
- Designing and continuously improving our processes to reach high end service levels

These duties will evolve with time, as the company grows and unrolls. You will report to the Head of Operations.

**Who we are looking for**
- At least another 6-months of internship experience in a high-profile environment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel, basic knowledge in SQL is a plus
- Well versed in the principles of no-code tools,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized & able to work very independently
- Fluent in English
