**About the role**

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who is passionate about structure, and service and enjoys being a cog in the wheel in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for supporting CAKE’s sales and service team with the operational support required. At CAKE we have a Direct to Consumer business model and provide a premium experience to our customers.

You will act as a bridge between our HQ and assembly factory in Stockholm and the local sales and service team. You will have hands-on responsibility for supporting the order fulfilment process with order handling, order prioritisation and coordination between operations, sales and production.

This is a high-paced and dynamic role with unique insight into the supply chain - from purchasing the components, and assembly of the full vehicle to the customer's first ride. CAKE has a Direct to Consumer offer in Europe and this role will take responsibility for more than one of our key European markets.

You will report into our Sales Operations Manager and be based in Paris. Your work will include and is not limited to:

- Processing orders and transactions in our ERP system
- Order fulfilment & Execution
- Product availability
- Invoicing
- Accounts payable
- Deliveries
- Tracking and local EcoBonus
- Vehicle registration including
- Insurance
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the premium customer experience

**Who are you?**

**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years experience of sales order administration, sales support or order fulfillment
- Ability to escalate issues when appropriate without compromising the customer experience
- Proactive in preventing problems and solving them before they happen
- Experience with an ERP system, Business Central is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CMR systems
- Experience with Excel
- Fluent in French and English, in writing and speaking
