- Fund senior Counsel H/F- MISSIONS
- Sous la responsabilité de la Direction Juridique de Tikehau Investment Management, vous êtes impliqué(e) sur l'ensemble des activités de gestion d'actifs de Tikehau Investment Management et du groupe Tikehau Capital:
- Structuration, création et vie des fonds (ouverts et fermés) gérés par le groupe (en France et à l'étranger) sur ses différentes lignes de métier (Immobilier, Dette Privée, Private Equity, et Capital Market) ;
- Commercialisation et distribution des fonds ;
- Suivi des questions réglementaires relatives aux sociétés de gestion (organisation des activités, agréments, relations avec les régulateurs,...) ;
- Coordination avec l'ensemble des équipes support (finance, compliance, ESG, etc.).
Vous avez vocation à intervenir sur toute question juridique relative aux activités de gestion d'actifs du groupe.
Under the responsibility of the Legal Department of Tikehau Investment Management, you are involved in all the asset management activities of Tikehau Investment Management and the Tikehau Capital Group:
- Structuring, creation and life of the funds (open-ended and close-ended) managed by the Group (in France and abroad) on its various business lines (Real Estate, Private Debt, Private Equity, and Capital Market);
- Marketing and distribution of the funds;
- Monitoring of regulatory issues relating to portfolio management companies (organisation of activities, regulatory authorizations, relations with regulatory authorities, etc.);
- Coordination with all teams (finance, compliance, ESG, etc.);
You are required to provide your assistance in any legal issue relating to the Group's asset management activities.PROFILE
- Master 2 avec spécialisation en droit bancaire et/ou financier
- Expérience en cabinet d'avocat et/ou au sein du service juridique d'une société de gestion sur la structuration de fonds d'investissement
- Expérience de 5-6 ans
- Anglais courant- Master 2 with specialization in banking and/or financial law
- Experience in a law firm and/or in the legal department of a management company on the structuration of investment funds
- 5-6 years of experience
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
