Pour sa Division au cœur de l’innovation et du développement du Groupe, centrée sur la Mécatronique et la Simulation, nous recherchons son:
**Digital Business Partner Director H/F**

Reportant hiérarchiquement au Directeur des Opérations R&D et fonctionnellement au VP en charge de l’IT pour la R&D, vous accompagnez la stratégie de transformation du Groupe, en accompagnant les choix des solutions digitales retenues pour la R&D.

**VOTRE MISSION (liste non exhaustive)**:
**Stratégie, Gouvernance**
- Définir le plan de transformation pour la digitalisation de la Division,
- Gérer les priorités et le budget associé,
- Organiser, piloter et participer aux comités de pilotage locaux (périmètre international).

**Organisation, performance, communication**
- Manager l’équipe Digital Business Partner,
- Assurer une communication régulière auprès des interlocuteurs des différentes parties impliquées dans le plan de transformation (DSI de la R&D en charge des déploiements),
- Mesurer la performance des différentes solutions et monitorer les corrections si nécessaire.

**Management des demandes du Business**
- Collecter, qualifier et prioriser les demandes des équipes R&D du Département,
- Contribuer à la définition et à l’évaluation des Proof Of Value et Proof Of Concept,
- Participer aux réunions avec les clients ou les partenaires si nécessaire,
- Participer à la définition de nouveaux besoins en collaboration avec la DSI de la R&D,
- Prendre en charge l’intégration d’outils et méthodologies issus de croissance externe.

**Changement, Adoption**
- Définir le plan de Formation des équipes R&D utilisatrices des solutions digitales et monitorer leur progression,
- Manager le déploiement et l’adoption des nouveaux outils et méthodologies pour la Division

**VOTRE PROFIL**

Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure, vous justifiez d’une solide expérience industrielle dans des environnements structurés (Automobile, Aéronautique, Défense ). Vous avez évolué dans le monde de l’ingénierie industrielle et vous souhaitez développer vos qualités de communication et de dialogue inter-services. Vous avez déjà réalisé la synthèse de points de vue différents en accordant une place prépondérante à la convergence des idées et des intérêts.

Au sein d’un acteur de dimension internationale, vous avez démontré vos qualités de leadership, votre assertivité et votre capacité à travailler en transversal. Vous êtes à l’aise dans une constante adaptation au changement engendrée par l’arrivée de nouveaux produits et par une innovation qui est l’un des principaux moteurs de performance des leaders industriels de demain.

Vous êtes désireux d’avoir plus d’autonomie et de responsabilités dans vos fonctions et recherchez un poste clé, exposé au sein d’un projet stratégique à forte visibilité pour un Groupe de dimension mondiale. Un anglais de bon niveau est requis tant pour mener à bien les missions du poste que pour évoluer au sein du Groupe.
