Au sein du Studio de Création de l’agence organisé en 3 pôles : Design, Experience et Creative Content et en lien direct avec le Directeur de Création et l’Associé de l’agence basé au UK et en charge de notre activité communication, vous êtes responsable du pôle Creative Content de l’agence et managez une équipe pluridisciplinaire de DA social media, copywriters et producteurs de podcasts.
Vos missions

Vous dirigez la production créative et éditoriale sur les dispositifs de communication digitaux, print, Social Media, et podcast de nos clients. Parmi lesquels : des marques de luxe ayant un champ narratif riche et varié, des sociétés de services banques et assurances mais également, et sans exclusive, des acteurs du e-commerce, des médias et des start-ups.
\*\*Brand Expression\*\*
\* Déterminer de façon précise et singulière le territoire éditorial de nos clients et prospects : guidelines éditoriales et visuelles ; création de signature, manifesto, piliers éditoriaux.
\* Défendre et argumenter nos partis pris créatifs auprès de nos clients et prospects.
\*\*Brand Content strategy\*\*
\* Élaborer des stratégies de contenus sur-mesure qui traduisent au mieux le positionnement de nos clients et prospects, et qui répondent aux insights identifiés au sein de leurs audiences cibles.
\* S’assurer que chaque format créatif puisse être mesuré par un indicateur de performance clair, qu’il s’agisse de communication interne, externe, BtoB et BtoC Proposer des concepts d’activation créative innovants sur les temps forts de communication de nos clients et prospects.
\* Conseil et proactivité dans le pilotage et la fidélisation des grands comptes de l’agence : audit et recommandations éditoriales stratégiques et créatives.
\* Veille sur les tendances social media & brand content.
\*\*Brand Content production\*\*
\* Piloter l’équipe en charge de la production du brief à la livraison (post, story. vidéo/reel, podcast) en collaboration avec les différentes équipes de l’agence hors création (conseil, projet, marketing, design et développement)
\* Leader nos stratégies de prospection dans le cadre des compétitions auxquelles l’agence participe. Vous participerez à la création de decks, pitchs, scripts, budgets, calendriers de production éditoriale pour vendre des accompagnements à nos futurs clients.

Nous recherchons avant tout des compétences et un savoir-faire, plus que des diplômes. N'hésitez pas à postuler Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une agence externe ou chez l’annonceur. Vous avez travaillé sur des sujets de communication digitale pour des marques qui sont considérées comme des exemples du meilleur de ce qui est produit dans le domaine aujourd'hui.
\* Une TRÈS (très) grande sensibilité éditoriale et esthétique : une inspiration nourrie par une curiosité artistique éclectique mêlant culture classique et culture pop.
\* Curieux(se) et capable de se plonger avec le même enthousiasme dans l’univers des vins fins, des montres de luxe, des probiotics ou du conseil en RH.
\* Passionné(e) de communication, de branding, de Social Media, et une forte appétence pour l'univers du podcast.
\* Un goût prononcé pour le management, vous aimez transmettre de manière pédagogique.
**\* Un état d’esprit de "do-er" et de "fix-er"**: mettre les mains dans le cambouis et trouver des solutions.
\* Qualités de communicant, pour assurer les présentations clients ; force de conviction, pour faire passer des idées originales.
\* Un bon niveau d’anglais pour être capable de communiquer efficacement avec nos équipes créatives des deux côtés du Channel.
\* Et pour finir vous avez le sourire, vous avez plutôt tendance à voir le verre à moité plein, bref vous êtes un optimiste,r, ça l’air bête mais c'est si important
