**Project manager (H-F) - Stockage d'énergie - Lyon - CDI**

**Contexte**

Le système électrique de demain laissera une part croissante aux énergies renouvelables intermittentes : la France a l’objectif d’atteindre 40% dans son mix énergétique d’ici à 2030, contre 20% actuellement.

Pour faire fonctionner un tel système, la gestion des énergies renouvelables dites « intermittentes » et le développement de « flexibilités » sont indispensables pour bien les intégrer et ainsi contribuer à l’équilibre du réseau électrique.

Notre partenaire aide les producteurs d’énergies renouvelables, les développeurs de projets renouvelables ou de stockage et les entreprises industrielles ou tertiaires à gérer ce caractère d’intermittence et à valoriser ces sources d’énergies sur les marchés de l’électricité, dans le but de contribuer à la rentabilité de leurs projets ou de générer de nouveaux revenus.

**Missions**

En tant que Project Manager, vous êtes responsable de l’exécution et de la livraison aux clients de solutions de système de stockage stationnaire batteries (hardware/software) et de leurs interfaces.

Vous gérez le périmètre BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) selon l’état de l’art de la gestion de projet : initiation, planification, exécution, suivi / contrôle de l’efficacité et clôture de l’ensemble des process liés, entre autres, à la qualité, aux coûts et aux délais du projet.

Hiérarchiquement vous dépendez du responsable pôle projets BESS et vos principales missions en tant que Project Manager sont les suivantes:

- En concertation avec l’équipe ingénierie et les sous-traitants vous pilotez la qualité et les délais des « livrables techniques » (de la phase de conception jusqu’à la mise en service)
- Vous identifiez, anticipez, planifiez les besoins en ressources internes et externes (prestations et/ou sous-traitance)
- Vous vous coordonnez avec les différentes métiers support, notamment finance et achats
- Vous gérez les sous-traitants et fournisseurs selon les critères QCD
- Vous réalisez le planning du projet sous Ms Project avec identification des jalons clients et du chemin critique
- Vous coordonnez l’équipe projet et gérez les activités selon le suivi, le contrôle et l’avancement planning
- Vous participez aux négociations des contrats avec le client et les fournisseurs / sous-traitants
- Vous préparez avec l’équipe projet et/ou coordonnez la rédaction des livrables documentaires opérationnels et techniques nécessaires pour l’exécution des projets (cahier des charges pour fournisseurs, plans et procédures de vérification et de tests, manuel d’installation, méthodes de montage, procédures de type logistique et livraison
- Avec le support du référent HSE, vous êtes garant de la gestion HSE sur votre projet pour l’intervention des équipes (interne et externe sur site) : analyse des risques, briefing, vérification des habilitations et autres pré-requisvous gérez les risques projet et garantissez le résultat économique
- Vous assurez le reporting interne et externe, et gérez la relation client
- Lors de la clôture du projet, vous pilotez la collecte, l’analyse et le partage du retour d’expérience.

**Profil**

Vous êtes ingénieur de formation (ou formation équivalente en génie électrique) et avez une bonne fondation technique idéalement dans l’industrie ou dans la maîtrise d’œuvre.

Vous avez une solide expérience (6-12 ans) dont au moins un projet en gestion de projet (ou activités liées comme OPC) de moyenne envergure dans un environnement de type EPC (Design / Supply / Installation / Test & Commissioning) sur un périmètre de sous-systèmes pluridisciplinaires (électrique, mécanique, contrôle commande).

Vous avez des connaissances et des expériences opérationnelles qui vous permettent de guider par l’exemple les membres de votre équipe projet ou de l’organisation contribuant à votre projet, et de maîtriser les activités

Vous maîtrisez l’anglais (à l’oral comme à l’écrit)

Vous avez la capacité de fédérer et d’inspirer une équipe, vous possédez des compétences en matière de communications / relations clients / équipes.

Vous savez créer une vision et une stratégie et la faire suivre par une équipe.

Vous avez une bonne capacité de résolution des problèmes opérationnels et techniques.
