Le département Medical & Nutritional Science recherche un.e technicien.ne en modèles précliniques en mission dans l’équipe Gut Biology. Le poste est basé à Gif-sur-Yvette (91) sur le plateau de Saclay au sein du Danone Global Research & Innovation Center Centre Daniel Carasso qui est au cœur de la Recherche & Innovation de Danone. Il est constitué de laboratoires et d'ateliers pilotes à la pointe de la science et de la technologie avec des collaborateurs œuvrant collectivement pour innover sur les produits laitiers et végétaux, les eaux et la nutrition spécialisée de demain.
La direction R&I Medical & Nutritional Science a pour vocation de créer de la valeur et des opportunités de croissance pour Danone autour de la Nutrition et/ou de la Santé.
- **MES MISSIONS**
Rattaché.e au chef d’équipe Gut Biology, au sein d’un laboratoire de recherche en microbiologie, le/la technicien.ne en modèles précliniques a pour missions de:
- Participer au design et mener à bien des expériences de microbiologie
- Manipuler des modèles in vitro complexes, notamment des simulateurs de la digestion humaine
- Fermenter différentes matrices alimentaires
- Effectuer des analyses microbiologiques et moléculaires
- Rendre compte de et assurer la qualité de ses résultats
- Participer à l’entretien et la maintenance du laboratoire
About you
Les indispensables:
- Bac+2/+3 en microbiologie appliquée
- 3 ans d’expérience dans un laboratoire de recherche en microbiologie avec expérience pratique de celle-ci
- Passion de la recherche, rigueur, autonomie, bonne gestion des priorités et esprit d’équipe
- Capable de converser en Anglais

Par ordre d’importance,
- Profil sénior en microbiologie
- Expérience en simulation i_n vitro_ de la digestion haute/basse humaine
- Expérience dans la fermentation de matrice alimentaire
- Expérience dans la mise en place de larges tests de criblage
- Expérience en biologie moléculaire
- Expérience en bioinformatique pour le traitement des résultats
