We are on a mission to transform the mobility market, and we are looking for a remarkable CRM Intern to join our dynamic team at Free2move.
This will be an exciting opportunity to contribute to the activation and retention strategy and execution, creating targeted and personalized campaigns for thousands of customers across Europe and the US.
As a CRM Intern, you’ll be reporting directly to the CRM Manager based in Madrid and will assist in the B2C and B2B CRM efforts: strategy, communication flow, execution, and reporting.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Create automated and ad-hoc multi-channel campaigns (E-mail, Push, InApp) in collaboration with Design and Marketing Teams from different countries
- Assist the execution of CRM Strategies to enhance activation, retain existing customers, increase brand loyalty, and expand the company brand love.
- Support the creation and analysis of segments and cohorts
- Analyze campaign results, share learnings, and challenge future campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign requests, from briefing the concept to the launch.
- Drive brand coherence across all our communication touchpoints.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
- Be the point of contact for other teams such as Sales, Design and Customer Service.
**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- Fluent in **English** Languages and either Spanish or French.
- You have an analytical mindset, are data-driven, and enjoy reporting, automation tools, and optimization.
- Knowledge/interest in the mobility/automotive world.
- Passion for digital marketing and its best practices
- Familiarity with Braze or Salesforce CRM Platform is a Plus.
- Experience working with Excel and/or Google Suite.
