**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power Engineering from a Reputable university
- At least 5 years’ experience of Site installation Activities.
- Deep knowledge of installation of MV switchgear, Transformers, Low voltage panels
- Deep knowledge of Site management activities and resource planning
- Highly conscientious and diligent
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work abroad and flexibility to work in different locations in Egypt
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic languages
- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with mínimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations.
- Proven integrity and high personal standards of behavior.
- Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in MS Office suite

**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage Site installation activities of HV substations, MV Switchgear and Transformers
- Review of project documents and attend FAT
- Prepare Site installation schedule.
- Prepare resource plan as per project schedule and budget
- Cost control in site activities
- Time management for site team and resources
- Plan needed tools and equipment.
- Meet all site stakeholder requirements ( Subcontractor, Commissioning Staff, Customer, Consultant )
- Handover the complete site activities to customer
- Close the project with minimum punish list or snags
