**L'équipe**:
Afin de s'assurer que toutes les équipes business (marketing, sales, account management, support) avancent dans la même direction, l'équipe Revenue Operations est chargée, entre autres, de:

- Contribuer à la définition et au pilotage de la stratégie commerciale et financière de Payplug ;
- Assurer le suivi de la performance des équipes, en définissant et en assurant la gestion des KPIs métiers, et en procédant à des analyses (en fonction des priorités stratégiques définies par le COMEX) ;
- Améliorer l'efficacité de la machine commerciale en structurant et en harmonisant les processus entre chaque département.

**Tes missions**:
En tant que Sales Operations Manager, et avec le soutien de ton équipe (2 RevOps analystes), tu auras la responsabilité des tâches suivantes:
**1. Analyse de la performance et pilotage commercial**
- Assurer le reporting des KPIs clés de l’équipe pour supporter le Top Management et les fonctions Sales et Revenue Operations.
- Ownership des rapports et dashboards Hubspot et Tableau, pour permettre aux Managers et à l’équipe Sales de suivre de près la performance, en étant responsable de la qualité de la donnée.
- Analyses ad-hoc des données CRM et du datawarehouse (SQL) pour aider les Managers dans leur compréhension de la machine commerciale.

**2. Tooling et process opérationnels**
- Être garant des process liés à notre stack d’outils autre que le CRM (Modjo, Reveal, Similarweb, Pappers, Kaspr,...).
- Assurer la veille d’une stack d’outils efficaces en binôme avec la Sales Director et gérer la négociation de ces outils.

**3. Optimisation des process commerciaux**
- Définir, coordonner et prioriser les évolutions CRM ayant pour objectif l’optimisation des process commerciaux.

Exemples de chantiers : définition des pipelines, mise en place de workflows, automatisations,
- Assurer l’adoption de ces process par les équipes terrain (communication régulière, formations, création de supports)

**4. Projets transverses**
- Développer de manière proactive des propositions et projets pour gagner en efficacité sur différents maillons de la machine commerciale.
- Mettre en place les initiatives nécessaires en collaboration avec les équipes Tech, PMM, Sales, Legal, Finances, selon les priorités, exemple : identification d’opportunités business, amélioration de notre rentabilité, revue tarifaire

**Requirements**:

- 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire en milieu start-up de préférence
- Maîtrise d’un outil CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Bonnes connaissances en SQL
- Forte capacité analytique, appétence pour la résolution de problématiques
- Capacité à mettre en place des initiatives stratégiques en lien avec les priorités de l’entreprise
- Capacité à gérer des projets cross-fonctionnels
- Une première expérience de management
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.

**Hiring Process**:

- Entretien avec Louise, Head of Revops (60') et avec un membre de la direction commerciale (30 mn):

- Business case en autonomie et entretien avec Flora, CMO (60') ;
- Une prise de référence sera faite en fin de process_
