**The Jobholder will report to the Head of Public Affairs France.**

**Your challenges**:
Contribute to and monitor transversal topics.

Ensure team coordination and interfaces with internal stakeholders.

Lead institutional content production.

Represent the Head of Public Affairs.

**Main deliverables (not restrictive to)**

Writing all kinds of notes, key papers, briefings

On time and on quality delivery of top management public affairs briefings

Quarterly risks and opportunities inputs

Yearly Airbus in France brochures production (group and defense)

Management and updating of Public Affairs France external presentations

All relevant institutional communication tools available

End to end organisation of the ?Rencontres institutionnelles?

Coordination of French institutional delegations and related messages for major events and shows

AIRBUS SAS recherche:
**Your boarding pass**:
Excellent knowledge of the company's environment and activities

Strong analytical skills and ability to summarize and see the global picture

Strong and proven writing skills in French and in English

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong project management skills

Fluent in French and in English

Master's degree from a business school or university

Experience in public affairs in strategic sectors

**Salary range**:
?Salary range based on the required profile**: 75 to 85 K?/year **(including a variable part based on your performance). Information provided as an indication?.
