The Role and What You’ll Do:
Manager, Ticketing & Database is responsible for all systems & database management process for On Location’s commercial guests linked to ticketing aspect. This includes communication with internal program teams and ticketing teams, verification of all data, as well as providing periodic status reports to a variety of function areas.
- Build excellent working relationships with the client project teams, individual business units and corporate departments globally.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the hospitality package allocations and the data required.
- Work with the relevant internal teams to configure, implement, and manage every aspect of On Location’s guest systems for all type of clients.
- Manage guest data within On Location’s system to ensure all data is accurate and current.
- Develop processes and procedures and liaise with the Database team and ticketing team to ensure all reports/information communicated as necessary.
- Prepare familiarization training so that both self and team are fully conversant with all aspects of the ticketing topics including seat assignment, ticket distribution, ticketing operations.
- Support the team in building strong data monitoring tools to manage and keep track of changes.
- Provide the relevant reports to On Location operational departments.
- Adhere to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other event location Data Regulations.

You'll Have These:

- Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing ticketing/hospitality programs for large-scale global events.
- Experience with databases and ticketing systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage concurrent priorities.
- Strong customer service ethic
- Fluent in French & English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French & English)
