**About our Team**:
We're a vibrant team driving transformative initiatives across diverse regions - Africa, Middle-East, India, Europe, and Oceania. We work hand-in-hand with sub-regions to boost Sales & Marketing (S&M) performance and ensure alignment with global strategies.
**Your Role**:
As our Marketing & Sales Performance & Planning specialist, you'll play a key role in optimizing our performance management and planning processes.
You'll collaborate with sub-regions and leadership to:
- ** Streamline monthly performance reviews**: Prepare standardized templates, analyze data, and consolidate insights into compelling presentations for regional and global leaders.
- ** Automate reporting**: Champion data-driven decision-making by building efficient reporting systems using Microsoft Excel and exploring automation possibilities.
- ** Drive data-informed planning**: Support the development of the Business Plan and Mid-Term Plan by working closely with S&M functions and sub-regions.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Passion for data & performance improvement**: You thrive on using data to identify trends, assess performance, and recommend solutions.
- ** Collaborative spirit**: You enjoy building strong relationships and working effectively across diverse teams and regions.
- ** Communication wizard**: You can clearly articulate complex data and insights to various audiences, both written and verbally.
- ** Tech-savvy with Excel**: You're a pro at data analysis and visualization using Excel, with an eagerness to explore automation tools.
- ** Fluent in English**: You can confidently communicate and collaborate with colleagues across multiple regions.*
**Bonus points**:
- Experience in Sales & Marketing or related fields.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
