You will report to the Manager of Marketing Planning.

Main responsibilities include:

- Execute robust quarterly planning cycle with agile adjustment process to maximize Volume & Profit in line with Annual Budget Guidelines
- Translate Regional budget guidelines into Country/Model guides
- Set Quarterly Campaign guidelines in collaboration with Sales, Product team and Finance, with the aim to optimize Volume, sales channel mix, commercial programs, profit
- Deploy Product Strategic Guidelines, act as interface with Product team to follow-up on deployment, report performance and secure countermeasures
- Challenge Marketing Mix between contract objectives (Private/Fleet), Segment Share, Competitor Performance, positioning, commercial support and Media Investment
- Actively participate in the sales planning process and supporting Sales teams

Experience and skills:

- Min 5-7 years experience in Sales, Product Management. Country experience would be a key asset
- Team Spirit, Good Communications skills in Multi-Cultural environment
- Analytical, Ability to work under Pressure
