**À PROPOS DU POSTE**:
Notre département Opérations, basé à Paris, est composé de plus de 20 personnes, travaillant main dans la main pour assurer la fiabilité de la chaine front-to-back tout en apportant leur expertise aux autres équipes de CFM.

L’équipe est en charge de nombreux sujets et occupe un rôle central à CFM. Chaque jour nous sommes confrontés à des nouveaux défis et nous cherchons en permanence à innover et optimiser l’utilisation des technologies pour réduire le risque opérationnel, améliorer les contrôles et optimiser l’efficacité de l’organisation. Nous maintenons des relations à très forte valeur ajoutée avec les équipes informatiques.

Nous recherchons un.e nouvel.le Associate / VP pour rejoindre le pôle Valuation

Vous serez amené(e) à réaliser les missions suivantes:

- Réconcilier les comptes des fonds et résoudre les écarts identifiés avec les contreparties (transactions, positions, cash, dividendes);
- Assurer l’intégrité et la précision des performances des fonds et des valeurs liquidatives calculées par les administrateurs ;
- Suivre et analyser les coûts de trading et de financing ;
- Participer au travail de mise en place et de contrôles des reporting (états financiers des fonds, performances, structure des couts ) ;
- Gérer la relation avec les contreparties (Prime Brokers, Auditeurs, Administrateurs)
- Améliorer les process et faire évoluer les outils en étroite collaboration avec les équipes IT ;

En fonction de l’expertise que vous apportez, vous serez également amené(e) à gérer ou participer à des:

- Nombreux projets (data visualisation (Tableau)
- Onboarding des nouveaux comptes ou produits
- Mise en place des relations avec des nouvelles contreparties
- Optimisation des couts

**COMPETENCES**:
Nous recherchons des personnalités motivées, dynamiques, curieuses, animées d’un fort esprit d’équipe, à même de travailler en toute autonomie.
- Vous disposez d’un Master Universitaire ou Grande Ecole de Commerce ou d’Ingénieur
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 7 ans minimum en finance de marché ou asset management
- Vous avez un fort appétit pour l’automatisation, l’analyse, l’investigation des problèmes et l’amélioration continue des processus.
- Vous parlez couramment le Français et l’Anglais
- Votre expertise spécifique en audit financier, data visualisation (Tableau), VBA/SQL ou gestion des contreparties est un plus
