**Description du poste**
Notre service de conseil en évaluation offre une opportunité pour un poste d'Associate.

Au sein de l’équipe Fund Services (20 personnes), l’équipe valorisation vous offrira une expérience de travail dans un environnement collaboratif et formateur. L’équipe valorisation est un des leaders français de l'évaluation AIFM pour les portefeuilles des fonds de capital investissement (= évaluateur indépendant). L’équipe évalue plus de 600 sociétés par an, dans des secteurs très variés (start-ups technologiques, biotech, santé, industrie, services, immobilier ) pour des revenus entre 0 et 700 millions d'euros.

Vous pourrez également avoir l'opportunité de travailler sur des projets d'évaluation : Fairness Opinion, évaluation ponctuelle dans un contexte transactionnel (buy side ou sell side), évaluation du Management Incentive Package, assistance externe et services de conseil aux équipes d'évaluation des clients dans le cadre de leur processus AIFM...

En fonction de votre ancienneté et de votre niveau d'autonomie, vous serez amené à
- Travailler en tant que membre actif de l'équipe d'évaluation indépendante des fonds de nos clients:

- Effectuer des audits des calculs d'évaluation des clients
- Formaliser et documenter les calculs de valorisation réalises par l’équipe IQ-EQ
- Suivre les variations des valeurs des portefeuilles, examiner et contester l'appréciation des évaluations et recommander à l’équipe des ajustements de valorisation
- Gérer la relation avec l'équipe d'investissement du client
- Assister aux comités d'évaluation des clients.

Vous pourrez ainsi:

- Approfondir et/ou développer vos techniques d'évaluation de sociétés sur de nombreux secteurs différents, en travaillant sur la modélisation financière et les différentes méthodes de valorisation (DCF, approche des multiples, analyse des comparables )
- Appréhender les méthodes de valorisation propres au métier du capital investissement.
- Conseiller les équipes d'évaluation de nos clients sur leur processus AIFM.
- Explorer et apprendre les questions d'évaluation qui se posent dans des situations spécifiques : changement de réglementation, crise macroéconomique (covid 19 par exemple).
- Rédiger des rapports d'évaluation narratifs.

Occasionnellement, vous pourrez également:

- Effectuer une analyse des états financiers (par exemple, analyse de la taille commune, analyse des ratios, analyse des tendances et analyse comparative des industries)
- Effectuer des recherches et des analyses sur le marché, l'industrie et l'économie.
- Examiner et résumer les accords et autres documents financiers, juridiques et d'entreprise.

De ce fait, vous serez appelé à occuper un poste avec une forte autonomie d'action, de décision et de réelles perspectives d'évolution professionnelle. Vos interventions seront placées sous la responsabilité du Manager en charge du département conseil en évaluation.
**Qualifications**
- Master en finance, ingénierie, mathématiques ou économie
- 1 à 2 années d'expérience en M&A / Transactions Services / Audit financier / Equipe d'investissement de sociétés de gestion de fonds. Idéalement vous avez participé à de multiples exercices d'évaluation pour des sociétés non cotées ainsi qu'à des diagnostics d'entreprises (Due Diligences, Independent Business Review, etc.)
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
- Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de modélisation financière.
- Compréhension approfondie des concepts de finance d'entreprise et de comptabilité, y compris
