**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Group Sales Director Corporate & Replacement, the International Key Account
Manager Vehicle Replacement (IKAM VR) is responsible for the retention of an existing portfolio of
international clients as well as initiating contact with prospects to promote the company’s products
and services, generate and qualify business opportunities, manage RFP’s / negotiations, and close
deals to grow top line revenue.

The IKAM VR will manage the following tasks:

- Manage the commercial relationship with existing clients (Quarterly Business Reviews,Contract Renewal Process, Project coordination with internal stakeholders, etc.),
- Grow share of wallet with existing clients by promoting all products and services proposed by the company, enlarge the scope of the current contract with new countries, etc.
- Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets (this should be quantified against a calendar schedule),
- Driving the entire sales cycle from initial prospect engagement to closed sales,
- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking at trade shows
- Maintain a high level of relevant knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects
- Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers,
- Draft and deliver proposals with strong support from Sales Support team,
- Work with internal stakeholders where required to address target customer requirements
- Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales,
