**Your role**
- Are you a target driven individual? Are you skilled at understanding and communicating macro market views? Do you love building relationships? We're looking for someone like that to:
- maximize profitable revenues in our rates team, helping grow our presence in the region as well as working with the team to maintain our existing client base
- develop client relationships and present trade ideas / color and content to clients
- work closely with the rest of the European rates team and our traders to recycle risk and ideas.
- provide clients with market information and market commentary

- You will be part of the Distribution within Global Markets based in France. You will cover French, Belgium and Luxembourg institutional investors.
**Your expertise**
- knowledge of macro fundamentals and what drives the interest rates market.
- prior experience in covering French accounts
- demonstrable experience working collaboratively with internal teams
- strong problem-solving skills, able to identify issues affecting clients
- well versed in both symmetric derivative products (swaps) and asymmetric derivative products (optionality)
- a strategic and creative thinker, able to gather information and translate research to analyze the market
- skilled in keeping market-making traders and our global sales team abreast of the relevant issues with their customers
- skilled in trading light solutions products (SPIRE)
- good connection with French dealing desks
