**votre rôle**:
En tant que Security Manager, vous êtes le partenaire de confiance d'un de nos clients basés sur Lyon et devez assurer la bonne exploitation des services de sécurité délivrés.
Vous êtes l'interlocuteur opérationnel privilégié du Responsable Sécurité du Système d'Information (RSSI) des clients et des équipes d'exploitation de vos clients
Plus précisément:
- Vous pilotez la gouvernance sécurité du (des) projet(s) Client dont vous avez la responsabilité en phase d'exploitation (Run), en vous appuyant sur une équipe d'experts techniques de la sécurité (Analystes niveau 2, Experts niveau 3, Ingénierie, CERT, CSIRT, etc)
- Vous évaluez les risques afin de les anticiper et mettez en place des plans d'actions permettant d'améliorer le niveau de sécurité en collaboration avec le(s) RSSI client et/ou responsables SOC, CERT, CSIRT client.
- Vous construisez et partagez des rapports de sécurité avec votre client pour lui assurer la bonne tenue du service, et assurez également, en collaboration avec le Responsable Service Client, le suivi capacitaire de la solution.
- En cas de dysfonctionnement de la solution de sécurité, vous vous assurez que les différentes équipes mettent tout en œuvre pour un retour à la normale le plus rapidement possible et tenez le client informé des progrès de la résolution.
- Vous appliquez et faites appliquer les règlements, référentiels et bonnes pratiques sur le système de management de la sécurité (ISO27001, ANSSI ). Vous sensibilisez les contributeurs du projet aux risques et au respect des règles de sécurité
**votre profil**:
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac + 5 et/ou d'une école d'Ingénieur.
Vous disposez d'une expertise technique reconnue dans la sécurité (ex : certifications CISM ou CISSP) ainsi qu'une forte sensibilité aux enjeux techniques et business.
Vous avez déjà travaillé au sein d'une équipe opérationnelle et vous êtes en capacité de conjuguer vos compétences techniques avec vos compétences fonctionnelles.
Orienté(e) client, vous avez une aisance relationnelle et une capacité à vulgariser des problèmes techniques complexes.
Vous bénéficiez également d'une bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise (écrit et oral).
