**Qui sommes-nous ?**:
Numias est une **Fintech **lancée il y a un an et aujourd'hui, nous sommes une vingtaine de passionnés par le monde des **cryptos **avec une vision commune : _Dans un avenir proche, la plupart des services financiers seront basés sur la blockchain._

Notre mission est de permettre aux entreprises d'accéder à cette nouvelle typologie de services financiers de manière simple, transparente et sécurisée.

Pour cela, nous développons une API qui va permettre de créer des wallets, recevoir des fonds et de les convertir afin de réaliser des paiements et de se faire payer _(en FIAT et en Crypto)._

Nous venons de lever **2,1 M€** pour développer notre MVP et nous préparons notre ouverture prochaine à **l'Europe** et aux **États-Unis.**

**Quel est le rôle du Head of Compliance chez Numias ?**:
Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe opération, l’équipe produit et l’équipe sales afin de définir et de mettre en place une politique de compliance rigoureuse.

Tu reporteras directement à Patrick, notre CEO.

**Quelques-unes de tes missions**:

- Fournir des informations stratégiques, des conseils et des décisions sur les questions de conformité afin de **protéger notre entreprise,** **nos produits **et **nos clients.**:

- Gérer la mise en œuvre de notre politique **AML-CFT** et la maintenir à jour.
- Développer et mettre à jour notre système de **classification des risques**:

- Analyser les activités suspectes identifiées
- Construire et défendre les exigences de conformité de notre produit
- Assurer le suivi réglementaire de notre base de clients, traiter les cas complexes de **KYC** et les alertes clients.
- Mettre en place d'une veille active sur les activités régulées de la société
- S'assurer que tous les processus et procédures de l'entreprise sont conformes à toutes les réglementations applicables.
- Appliquer les contrôles internes et former les employés sur les sujets liés à la conformité.
- Être le principal contact en matière de conformité avec tous les partenaires externes et entretenir les relations avec ces derniers.

**Quelques mots sur ta future équipe**:
Numias c'est une vingtaine de personnes sur 3 pôles principaux:

- un pôle Product/Opérations de 4 personnes
- une équipe Tech de 10 personnes
- et un pôle Sales de 4 personnes

**Quelques mots sur toi**:

- tu as au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de gestion de la conformité, avec une expérience sur la façon de gérer les audits indépendants et les examens réglementaires.
- tu as déjà travaillé en **Fintech**, **institutions financières** ou au sein d'une entité qui gère des **actifs digitaux**:

- tu connais très bien les réglementations en matière de monnaie électronique **(EMI)**, de paiements **(PSD2, PSP) **et d'actifs numériques **(DASP, MiCA)** afin de garantir que nous sommes toujours conformes.
- tu aimes prendre des initiatives et trouver de nouvelles solutions créatives aux problèmes que tu rencontres.
- tu es enthousiaste à l'idée de parler aux utilisateurs, aux partenaires potentiels et d'en apprendre davantage sur nos finances en général
- tu parles couramment **français **et **anglais**
