**QUELLE EST VOTRE MISSION ?**

Au sein du département D&IS France Industrialisation, vous êtes en charge de manager l’équipe Données Industrielles et Interface Sous-Traitance. Vous managez hiérarchiquement une équipe de 10 personnes
- Le management des données industrielles consiste à assurer la disponibilité des articles et documents industriels associés depuis l’outil Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) jusqu’à l’ERP. Ceci afin de de pouvoir créer des ordres de fabrication ou d’achat pour délivrer nos clients aux délais attendus. Cela implique de:

- Créer, maintenir et partager les packages de données techniques dans l’outil PLM (PLM Enovia)
- Créer et enricher les données dans l’ERP (SAP)
- Gérer les évolutions de configurations produits
- Fournir les gammes de travail et les instructions dans l’ERP
- L’interface sous-traitance consiste à faire appliquer chez les sous-traitants nos standards industriels et accompagner l’amélioration de leurs processes pour améliorer la performance industrielle QCD des produit, de la phase prototypes à la phase série. Cela implique de:

- Partager les données techniques (dossiers de définition, spécifications industrielles) avec les sous-traitants
- Supporter les transferts industriels vers des sous-traitants ou entre sous-traitants
- Fournir du support aux sous-traitan tout au long du cycle de fabrication, en particulier en cas de probléme technique : coordonner les actions en interne et avec le sous-traitant
- En phase d’introduction de nouveau produit : valider les processes de fabrication mis en place par les sous-traitants

- Piloter la performance Qualité, Coût, Délai de l’activité
- Manager et développer les compétences de l’équipe
- Assurer le bon capacitaire par rapport aux prévisions de charge
- Piloter le plan d’amélioration de l’activité
- Contribuer à la définition et au déploiement de la feuille route du département Industrialisation
- Déployer le process industrialisation D&IS
- Participer au réseau industrialisation D&IS

**QUEL EST VOTRE PROFIL?**
- Ingénieur en génie industriel
- 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans les Opérations Industrielles, l’Industrialisation ou la Supply Chain dans le domaine de l’électronique
- Compétences en:

- Management d'équipes
- Management de configuration et ERP (processes et outils)
- Processus de conception et d'industrialisation
- Anglais lu, écrit, parlé
- Dynamique, autonome, agile et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement complexe
