ACTIVITE
La Direction de la Recherche Clinique et de lInnovation (DRCI) de lAP-HP est chargée de piloter les projets de recherche développés par lAP-HP et de suivre lensemble des activités de recherche et dinnovation dans lesquels le CHU est impliqué:
- près de 3 200 projets de recherche en cours, tous promoteurs confondus
- près de 1 200 projets de recherche dont lAP-HP assure la promotion et la gestion
- plus de 24 604 patients inclus dans des essais cliniques à promotion AP-HP
La DRCI contribue à la définition de la politique de recherche et dinnovation de lAP-HP. Elle met notamment en oeuvre, conformément aux dispositions législatives et réglementaires applicables, lensemble des dispositifs nécessaires pour la promotion et la gestion de la recherche clinique. Elle accompagne les cliniciens et équipes de recherche, suit et contrôle la réalisation de ces études avec ses 14 Unités de Recherche Clinique (URC), implantées au sein des Groupes Hospitaliers Universitaires (GHU) dont 2 ont un caractère transversal, lURC en économie de la santé et le département des essais cliniques (DEC) de lAGEPS. La DRCI met également en oeuvre une politique de transfert de technologie et de valorisation de la recherche, ainsi quune démarche de détection et daccompagnement des innovations.
La DRCI collabore étroitement avec près de 90 unités mixtes de recherche (Inserm, CNRS, CEA, INRA, etc.), 17 CIC (Centres dinvestigation clinique), 4 CRC (Centres de recherche clinique), 12 Centres de Ressources Biologiques (CRB), 4 CTRS/RTRS (Centres / Réseaux Thématiques de Recherche et de Soins), 21 FHU et des plateformes de recherche.
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
- les équipes des services dUrgences pédiatriques et/ou de Pédiatrie générale de 6 hôpitaux de lAP-HP (Antoine-Béclère, Armand-Trousseau, Jean-Verdier, Louis-Mourier, Necker-Enfants malades, Robert
- Debré) et du Centre Hospitalier Intercommunal de Créteil (CHIC), ainsi que le réseau national des pédiatres ambulatoires (AFPA) ;
- 9 équipes de recherche franciliennes (ACTIV, APHP, CHIC, Inserm, Institut Pasteur) en épidémiologie et bactériologie, ainsi que la plateforme multi-omics de lInstitut Pasteur et le laboratoire sur la motivation humaine de lUniversité de Nanterre (LINP2-AAPS) ;
- 6 partenaires privés (CompuGroup Medical, Frontiers, GlaxoSmithKline, IQVIA, Synakène, ThermoFischer) dans le domaine des solutions informatiques médicales, lédition médicale et scientifique open access, de la vaccination des essais cliniques et des données de santé, du health digital learning et des biomarqueurs ;
- 4 associations de patients (La Voix de lEnfant, Méningite France-Audrey méningite, Naitre et Vivre, Sa Vie).
La/Le Grant Coordinator et Project Manager FHU est la/le collaborateur(rice) direct(e) du directeur de FHU, le Pr Martin CHALUMEAU et du directeur adjoint, le Dr Corinne Lévy. Elle/Il travaille en articulation étroite avec les équipes du FHU, les pôles de la DRCI (en particulier le pôle qualité et thématiques transversales, le pôle gestion, le chargé sourcing DRCI du GHU, le référent du secteur collaboration) et ladministration déléguée recherche de lInserm. Elle/Il organise le bon déroulement et le suivi du projet en lien étroit avec le directeur de FHU. Elle/Il centralise toutes les informations concernant le projet, et dispose dune vision globale et opérationnelle. Elle/Il est linterlocuteur privilégié de lensemble des personnes concernées par le projet FHU. Elle/Il apporte sa dynamique pour lidentification et la coordination de la réponse aux appels à projets nationaux et internationaux.
LIAISONS
HIERARCHIQUE DIRECT
La/Le Project Manager est rattaché au coordonnateur FHU DRCI, responsable du pôle Qualité et Thématiques transversales.
AUTORITE FONCTIONNELLE
La/Le Project Manager FHU travaille sous lautorité du directeur de FHU qui le recrute. Elle/Il sera évalué(e) chaque année conjointement par le responsable de FHU, le directeur adjoint et le coordonnateur FHU de la DRCI.
ACTIVITES
COORDINATION ET SUIVI DE LA REPONSE AUX AAP PROJETS NATIONAUX ET INTERNATIONAUX PAR LES EQUIPES DU FHU:
- Identifier les AAP potentiellement pertinents (veille), les soumettre au comité exécutif puis les diffuser au sein du FHU
- Coordonner la réponse aux AAP en animant le rétroplanning, le maintien des équilibres et la logique scientifique entre les équipes du FHU
- Faciliter la mise en place des projets
- Superviser et coordonner le travail de l'ensemble des acteurs internes et/ou externes,
- Rencontrer les différents acteurs participant au projet, les partenaires
- Suivre le déroulement des projets, faire le point sur lavancement des projets du FHU avec les différentes équipes impliquées, l'exécution du planning, faire le lien avec les structures de soutien
