**Objective**:

- To support the Client Partners and the leadership team in conducting a comprehensive review of the operations of a prospective client to secure a Go-Ahead decision for a project by managing the daily activities of the staff assigned to the review_

**Requirements**:

- Plan and distribute work among Business Review (BR) team members to ensure all studies are allocated appropriately
- Ensure all study templates are correct and client ready
- Monitor activities during BR to ensure that all work is complete, accurate and support key client interactions and creation of business case and project approach
- Identify required data-based studies and provide reports and tools for our stakeholders (internal and external)
- Clearly communicate key areas to investigate to BR team, based on sales discussions and previous experience with past clients
- Engage BR staff early to minimize impact of delayed or inadequate studies
- Modify the scope of work with the Vice President, Analysis to support the business case development
- Timely communication of client feedback to team post key BR meetings
- Monitor & control BR costs including purchases of materials to support meetings, brown paper creation and studies; and travel expenses; identifies cost savings where possible (Hotel rate, minimize rental cars, etc)
- Utilize knowledge management systems to support the execution of a successful BR and ensure new material is incorporated
- Independently execute complex analyses and forecasts
- Prepare and model data using modern database technologies
- Visualize findings and create interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power Bi, etc.)
- Assist in building a Business Intelligence roadmap
- Consolidate Team findings and studies and assist in preparation of client presentation
- Handle touchpoints on all topics with key stakeholders
- Coach and train BR staff in best practices
- Support Vice President, Analysis and Vice President, Operations to ensure a go-ahead decision and a good project set-up
- Instill a sense of urgency while maintaining quality of work produced; strictly adhering to the schedule to ensure no backlog on studies
- Display compassion and respect while managing the team members
- Conduct BR completion appraisal and provide input to support bi-annual appraisals as requested
- Support on-boarding of new staff during induction period
- Ability to support the full sales process from proposal development to actual implementation
- Assist with identifying account development opportunities
- Improve knowledge sharing across the organization for efficiency and profitability

- Data modelling - understand how customer data is modelled and how their financial reports are built
- Data driven mindset and passionate about numbers - comfortable distilling large amounts of data and can identify trends, and patterns
- Advanced SQL skills preferred
- English proficiency required, French preferred, other languages a plus
- Routine in data crunching & visualization
- Analytical skills - they can search for reasons and causes, think about all the factors that might affect a situation and are root cause driven
- Communication skills - find it easy to put their thoughts into words, good at engaging others in conversation (relevant to data gathering and relating to clients); strong presentation skills
- Listening skills - can actively and critically listen to be able to pull out the important information
- People handling skills - ability to establish professional relationships with different levels of management and supervision in client’s organization and to engineer consensus amongst them; good executive presence
- Teamwork - has experience performing in a team towards a common goal; understands the implication of their personal performance relative to the desired result (for the team); has had experiences they can draw upon where someone in the team underperformed and can lend those experiences to positively impacting the client team
