**Descriptif du poste**:
Nous avons une excellente opportunité pour un ingénieur senior de recherche et développement (Senior Engineer) pour rejoindre notre équipe chez Stryker Imascap.
Il s'agit d'un poste hybride avec des conditions de travail très flexibles et une rémunération compétitive.

Dans le cadre de _Trauma & Extremities_, notre équipe d'ingénierie logicielle fournit des logiciels de haute qualité et des algorithmes d'intelligence artificielle pour faciliter et améliorer le flux préopératoire des chirurgies, ainsi que pour assurer le lien avec les technologies de base des produits de Stryker, y compris les robots chirurgicaux, les interventions guidées par imagerie, les solutions de réalité mixte et les implants spécifiques aux patients.
Un grand avantage est que vous aurez la liberté de choisir votre propre plateforme de développement C++ : Linux, Windows ou éventuellement Mac, ainsi que votre éditeur préféré (Vim si vous aimez).
**Ce que vous ferez**:
- Développer, former et intégrer des modèles de segmentation ou de classification de scanners CT avec les chirurgiens.
- Explorer les opportunités de brevet dans nos produits.
**Ce dont vous aurez besoin**:
- Capacité à être proactif.
- Master ou doctorat en génie logiciel/informatique ou dans une discipline connexe.
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en développement itératif, y compris le développement, l'intégration, les tests et le déploiement.
- Solide expérience en développement C++ utilisant des bibliothèques pour le traitement d'images, le traitement de maillages et la visualisation 3D.
- Expérience en développement avec support CI/CD, git, gitlab/github/jenkins.
- Connaissance de Python, PyTorch et/ou AWS.
- Connaissance de l'apprentissage profond pour la classification, la segmentation (ResNet18, UNet...).
**Points bonus**:
- Expérience de développement sur une base de code importante.
- Connaissance des modèles d'apprentissage profond pour la segmentation ou l'estimation de pose de maillages et de nuages de points.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Engineer to join our team in Stryker Imascap.
This is a hybrid position with very flexible working conditions and a competitive remunerative package.

As part of Trauma & Extremities, our software engineering team provides high quality software and AI algorithms to ease and improve the pre-operative flow of surgeries as well as ensuring the link with core technology from products across Stryker including surgical robotics, image guided interventions, mixed reality solutions and patient specific implants.
A great perk is that you will have the freedom to choose your own C++ development platform: Linux, Windows or possibly Mac and your favorite editor (vim if you like).
**What you will do**:
Develop, train and integrate CT scanner segmentation or classification models with surgeons.
Exploring patent opportunities within our products
**What you will need**:
Capacity to be pro-active
Master's or Ph.D degree or in software engineering / computer science or related discipline
5+ years experience in iterative development experience including development, integration, testing and deployment.
Strong experience in C++ development using libraries for image processing, mesh processing and 3D visualization.
Experience in development supported by CI/CD, git, gitlab/github/jenkins
Knowledge of Python, PyTorch and/or AWS
Knowledge of deep learning for classification, segmentation (ResNet18, UNet...)
