Financial Controller - CMA Terminals
Votre poste au sein de l'équipe finance des Terminaux sera polyvalent et basé sur les missions suivantes:
**Mission Principale**:
Monitorer la performance de votre propre portefeuille d'actifs
Analyser et challenger le compte de gestion mensuel de votre périmètre, et les prévisions de fin d'année, ainsi que les écarts par rapport au budget annuel
Controller le suivi du budget de Capex, et la trésorerie des terminaux de votre périmètre
Produire le reporting mensuel consolidé des KPI financiers et opérationnels pour le top management de CMA CGM via l’outil de reporting du groupe
Participer à la préparation des budgets annuels et au processus de validation avec la direction générale de CMA CGM
Contribuer à l'amélioration des outils, des processus, du reporting des données pour le suivi des performances
Veiller à la conformité des reportings aux réglementations et normes financières internationales
Proposer et déclencher les actions nécessaires et le plan de redressement pour corriger les fluctuations et optimiser, avec le soutien et l'assistance des lignes CMA CGM, des équipes opérationnelles et commerciales CMAT
Développer la relation avec les CFO, la direction et les co-actionnaires : vous êtes le point d'entrée principal entre les terminaux et le siège sur les sujets spécifiques financiers et de validation ; vous soutenez les terminaux en donnant les orientations pour la mise en œuvre des procédures du groupe et fournissez un support pour les équipes finance locales
**Missions transverses**:
Réaliser des analyses financières afin d'appuyer certains processus de prise de décision et de contrôle financier à travers la préparation de modèles et Business Plans (TRI, valorisation, projection de cash-flow, calcul de rentabilité )
Participer à des sujets transversaux en coordination avec de nombreux services internes au sein de CMA CGM : comptabilité, juridique, trésorerie, achats, fiscalité, réduction des coûts
Participer à la supervision de la gestion financière de la Holding
Participer à des missions de restructurations internes
Mener des projets et élaborer des modèles financiers pour le développement commercial et/ou l'entrée de nouveaux partenaires concernant votre périmètre d'actifs : analyser le marché des projets, définir et budgétiser les due diligences requises, revoir les hypothèses, piloter les efforts des équipes d'experts (techniques, juridiques, financières, assurances, etc.), coordonner les demandes des autorités portuaires/partenaires, aider à mener les négociations
**Profil & Qualifications**:
Diplôme d'études supérieures (+5 ans) en commerce ou en ingénierie avec des compétences financières importantes
4 ans d'expérience en Audit ou en Transaction Services avec une forte composante comptable ou dans une direction financière (contrôle de gestion) en entreprise
Vous maîtrisez les normes comptables françaises ainsi que les normes IFRS
Vous parlez Anglais
Vous avez une excellente maîtrise d’Excel, Power Query, et êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et le traitement de données et les outils de restitution
