Data and Integration Project Manager H/F

Début 2018, Imerys a lancé un ambitieux programme de transformation interne pour favoriser l'efficacité au sein du groupe : MAKE IT #1. MAKE IT#1 La transformation numérique à l'échelle du Groupe remodèle le paysage numérique d'Imerys, englobant 5 piliers : un ensemble de langage et de processus communs, un Core Model ERP global (« Opera », basé sur S4/Hana), une plateforme de collaboration commune (GNOC, GSOC, WAN unifié) et une organisation informatique unifiée commune.

MAKE IT #1 vise à:
- Mettre en œuvre des processus et outils informatiques communs,-
- Soutenir les programmes existants et préparer l'avenir (Excellence Industrielle, Commerciale, etc...)

Afin de permettre un développement et un déploiement fluides de ces nouveaux outils et processus, l'informatique d'Imerys évolue, en 2021, d'une informatique dotée de plateformes régionales fortes, à une organisation plus globale, pour permettre un partenariat stratégique et cohérent avec les BA et les fonctions. ainsi que la simplification et l'harmonisation du paysage informatique.

L'objectif du Chef de Projet Données & Intégration est de fournir des services de gestion de projet pour la dimension Données & Intégration des projets. Cela inclut la gestion de projet pour les projets appartenant à Data & Integration Services.
- TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS
- Chef de projet Data & Intégration OperaPour chaque nouvelle demande/user story, effectuer l'évaluation comprenant la compréhension de la demande métier (difficile si nécessaire), la définition de l'architecture technique ainsi que la portée et la subdivision de la demande.-
- Pendant la phase d'évaluation de la demande/de la user story, coordonner l'évaluation du flux REP et des coûts et ressources liés aux données et à l'intégration qui seront requis par un projet.Maintenir une compréhension des capacités actuelles et futures du service de données et d'intégration ou d'Opera REP, y compris la manière dont les services sont fournis et la feuille de route des données et de la technologie.-
- Pendant la phase de projet, agir en tant que chef de projet (ou responsable du flux de travail) pour coordonner la livraison des services de données et d'intégration fournis dans les domaines de services spécialisés de données et d'intégration ou pour coordonner la livraison du flux REP. Cela comprend la gestion des ressources du projet, la gestion des coûts du projet, la planification du projet, le suivi des problèmes du projet, les rapports/présentations sur l'état du projet, etc.-
- Coordonner la dimension Données et intégration ou REP Stream de la mise en service du projet, y compris la stabilisation et le transfert aux « opérations ». Exigences en matière d'éducation et d'expérience

Essentiel- Études supérieures Bachelor ou Master en informatique, audit, atténuation des risques, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.-
- Plus de 10 ans d'expérience fonctionnelle en informatique-
- Plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans la facilitation du développement et de la mise en œuvre d'initiatives et de projets commerciaux, basés sur des objectifs de gestionExpérience dans la mise en œuvre, la migration et la gestion des implémentations de lacs de données et d'entrepôts de donnéesPlus de 10 ans de compétences éprouvées en gestion de projet-
- Expérience dans la présentation de l'état d'avancement d'un projet aux comités directeurs de projet et/ou à la haute direction-
- Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.-
- A déjà occupé des postes nécessitant une vision globale de la structure, de la stratégie, des enjeux, etc.Souhaitable- Expérience de travail au sein d'une entreprise mondiale culturellement diversifiée-
