**LE POSTE**
Nous recherchons actuellement un program manager pour venir renforcer le département TECH de DataScientest. Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe pédagogique ainsi que le département commercial.
Tes objectifs principaux seront les suivants:
- Augmentation des taux de satisfaction et de réussite de nos formations sur tous les cursus et les formations éditeurs
- Lancement opérationnel, suivi et coordination de nos programmes de formation (B2B, B2C ou tracks)
Participation active aux stratégies commerciales d'upsell et de fédération alumni Ils se traduiront par les missions suivantes (non exhaustif):
- Gestion du déploiement
- Référent formation pour les apprenants
- Entretien de suivi de formation
- Amélioration continue du parcours apprenants
- Coordination entreprise
- Gestion de projets de A à Z liés à l'accompagnement des apprenants
- Animation d'événements pour les promotions en cours
- Rôle très actifs autour de nos ambassadeurs, stratégie de parrainage et upsell
**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- Profil école de commerce
- Grand sens de l'organisation et de l'empathie
- Excellente capacité relationnelle et sensible à l'environnement startup
- Attrait pour la data sciences
- Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs sujets en même temps
- Une première expérience en customer success ou account management est un plus (stage compris)
- Maitrise de l'anglais, une autre langue est un + Si tu te reconnais dans cette offre, n'hésite pas à postuler.
