We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager, who will be responsible for driving and executing the recruitment strategy at Zoī. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this vital function is a new role and an exciting opportunity to design and build a talent acquisition plan that will contribute to Zoī’s ambitious growth targets in France and internationally, as we expand to the US and UK.
**Main Missions**:
- Develop and implement a cohesive talent acquisition strategy to support the Zoī’s fast-paced growth across all teams - medical operations, tech, product, operations and support
- Design and run Zoī’s employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to closing
- Optimize the ATS system (Lever)
- Partner with team leaders to understand their current and future hiring needs and advise on best approach, timing, strategy as well as on the softer elements of team composition
- Use data and metrics to improve recruitment performance
- Manage the recruitment budget
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 3+ years experience in talent acquisition with experience across all main missions
- Excellent project management skills in high-growth start-up or scale-up environments
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decisions
- Fluent English & French with impeccable written and verbal skills
