Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez en partenariat avec les clients assignés pour les aider à constituer leur main-d'œuvre gagnante grâce à une approche d'acquisition de talents de premier ordre tirant parti de l'iCIMS Talent Cloud Équipé d'outils de pointe, dont Gainsight, vous élaborerez et mettrez à jour en permanence des plans de réussite mutuels, en alignant les objectifs des clients sur une stratégie efficace d'acquisition de talents. Avec le soutien supplémentaire d'experts interfonctionnels internes en la matière, vous garantirez une satisfaction client élevée et des taux de renouvellement élevés.

**Responsibilities**:

- Successfully complete company training programs to build expertise in the iCIMS Talent Cloud products and TA industry.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including account management and professional services to understand assigned customer business objectives, products purchased, challenges, hiring strategy and maturity, technology stack, and more.
- Leverage Gainsight and analytics platforms to build a deep understanding of customer adoption, data insights, and process while monitoring overall account health.
- Engage in strategic business reviews with customers to build and continually update mutual success plans that align business goals to an effective talent acquisition strategy.
- Through a consultative approach, be the customer advocate for support and product matters. Lead and guide customers through the resolution journey.
- Ensure outstanding customer health and sentiment, ultimately driving a high renewal rate.
- Build customer stakeholder relationships through C-level to lead strategic conversations about data insights, KPI’s, value, and overall success.

- Associez-vous à des équipes interfonctionnelles, y compris la gestion de compte et les services professionnels, pour comprendre les objectifs commerciaux assignés aux clients, les produits achetés, les défis, la stratégie et la maturité d'embauche, la pile technologique, etc.
- Tirez parti de Gainsight et des plates-formes d'analyse pour développer une compréhension approfondie de l'adoption par les clients, des informations sur les données et des processus tout en surveillant la santé globale du compte.
- Participez à des revues commerciales stratégiques avec les clients pour élaborer et mettre à jour en permanence des plans de réussite mutuels qui alignent les objectifs commerciaux sur une stratégie efficace d'acquisition de talents.
- Grâce à une approche consultative, soyez le porte-parole du client pour les questions de support et de produit. Diriger et guider les clients tout au long du parcours de résolution.
- Garantissez une santé et une confiance exceptionnelles à vos clients, ce qui, en fin de compte, génère un taux de renouvellement élevé.
- Établissez des relations avec les clients et les parties prenantes via le niveau C pour mener des conversations stratégiques sur les informations sur les données, les KPI, la valeur et le succès global.

Qualifications:

- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
- 3+ years of prior experience in a customer facing role with accountability for customer success and renewals in a SaaS environment or experience in a talent acquisition role responsible for TA technology stack success.
