Dans le cadre de sa croissance, Hexcel, leader sur son marché, recrute un(e) Technicien R&T F/H pour intégrer le site des Avenières de la société Hexcel (400 collaborateurs) à proximité de Chambéry.

Activités principales:

- En phase de production (échantillonnage) préparer la ligne pour le lancement de la production, alimenter la ou les machines tout au long du processus de fabrication, contrôler la conformité de la production en cours, à l’aide de la documentation et des outils de supervision, surveiller la production en cours, en termes de qualité et de productivité, réaliser le suivi des stocks (production et matières premières)
- En phase de développement produits, être garant du bon suivi des essais définis au préalable
- Intervenir sur la machine en cas de défaut si cela rentre dans son périmètre de responsabilité, en corrélant les défauts produits avec des anomalies process
- Être capable de réaliser la maintenance de niveau 1 sur la ligne et ses périphériques
- Participer activement à l’amélioration process, en réalisant notamment des modifications techniques
- Récupérer et enregistrer les données de suivi de production, renseigner les documents de fabrication, effectuer les contrôles qualité en bord de ligne, les émarger si nécessaire et garantir la traçabilité du produit

Compétences requises:

- BEP/CAP/CQP
- Connaissance têxtile mécanique niveau bac pro
- Utilisation et entretien de l’outil de production
