Pour accompagner la croissance de notre division Chirurgie de la Femme, nous recherchons notre futur(e) talent commercial(e) pour gérer et développer la région Grand Ouest.

**Ingénieur(e) technico-commercial(e) Chirurgie Ile de France**

Description du poste:

- Promouvoir les produits chirurgicaux de l'entreprise pour atteindre les objectifs de vente fixés de manière éthique.
- Maintenir et développer le chiffre d’affaires avec la clientèle existante de la gamme chirurgie.
- Prospecter et gagner de nouveaux clients sur le secteur.
- Entretenir et développer des relations de qualité avec tous les décideurs (chirurgiens gynécologique, pharmaciens d’hôpitaux, ingénieurs biomédicaux, directeurs d'établissement)
- Assurer la formation du personnel médical concerné pour une bonne utilisation de nos appareils et fournir une assistance technique aux chirurgiens gynécologues en bloc opératoire.
- Organiser et mener des programmes de formation et de promotion sur le secteur.
- Transmettre les informations de terrain (concurrence, évolutions de la performance et des produits, pratiques commerciales, satisfaction de la clientèle, etc.) aux services concernés
- Participer à des formations internes à l'entreprise, à des réunions de vente, à des conférences et à d'autres événements.
- Adhérer à toutes les politiques de l'entreprise, procédures internes, instructions et directives pour atteindre les objectifs et maximiser la rentabilité
- Contribuer CRM interne à l'entreprise avec les informations requises (coordonnées, rapports de visite, opportunités, etc.)

**Profil**:
Vous aimez développer des relations avec des décideurs clés et des leaders d'opinion à l'hôpital, et tous les interlocuteurs clés nécessaires pour (superviseurs de bloc opératoire, pharmaciens, ingénieurs biomédicaux).
- Bonne connaissance du bloc opératoire
- Flexibilité, forte motivation et esprit d'équipe
- Comportement et attitude professionnelle envers une clientèle exigeante
- Rigueur et bon sens de l'organisation sur un territoire étendu
- Autonome, dynamique et doté d'un excellent sens du contact
- Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit et parlé) impératif - Compétences informatiques (Pack Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint / CRM)
- Des notions d’anglais sont nécessaires

Le poste exige de nombreux déplacements sur le secteur qui nécessiteront des nuits passées à l’extérieur
