**Missions principales**:
Opérations de Sécurité
- Fournir et coordonner la mise en œuvre de l'assistance en matière de sécurité,
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le centre d'assistance de Paris et les bureaux de sécurité d'International SOS dans le monde entier,
- Contribuer à la production du rapport hebdomadaire "Horizon sécurité" et des rapports thématiques destinés à nos clients francophones,
- Signaler tout problème de sécurité ou événement perturbateur pouvant affecter les clients francophones,
- Être autonome et force de proposition pour la gestion des cas complexes,
- Suivre les cas sensibles avec la plateforme d'assistance de Paris,
- Être proactif dans l'amélioration de la qualité globale du service.
Gestion de Crise
- En collaboration avec le Senior Security Manager Intelligence & Assistance, soutenir l'équipe opérationnelle et fournir des conseils appropriés aux clients en cas de crise sécuritaire,
- Préparer des supports de communication interne,
- Travailler en collaboration avec les bureaux de sécurité.
Support Client, Conseil et Formation
- Assurer l'intégration de nouveaux clients et prospects en présentant le bureau de sécurité et nos activités lors des visites clients,
- Dispenser, de manière indépendante ou en binôme, des sessions de sensibilisation aux risques sécuritaires pour nos clients,
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale en cas de demandes clients complexes et/ou d'opportunités de consultation,
- Participer aux événements marketing et webinaires.
**A propos de vous**:
- Diplômé(e) d'un Master en Relations Internationales ou équivalent (Science Politique, Sécurité et Défense, etc...),
- Une première expérience réussie dans le domaine de la sécurité, de l'assistance ou de l'analyse est requise (militaire, police, gouvernement, ONG, journalisme, domaine académique),
- Forte appétence pour les affaires internationales et la sécurité,
- Capacité à performer efficacement dans des contextes professionnels exigeants, à faire preuve de polyvalence et de proactivité,
- Très bonnes compétences analytiques et de synthèse,
- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles en français et en anglais. Une troisième langue est un atout,
- Très bonne communication orale.
