**DG / Chief of Operations - CDI**:

Femmes Business Angels, premier réseau de business angels au féminin en France et en Europe, réunit plus de 170 femmes investissant dans des startups, portées par des hommes ou des femmes.
Fort de 20 ans d‘expérience et de track record, plus de 200 startups ont été financées et accompagnées faisant de FBA un réseau figurant parmi le TOP 5 en France. Dans un contexte porteur pour l’investissement féminin et l’entrepreneuriat, **FBA renforce son organisation et recrute son futur DG / Chief of Operations pour accompagner sa dynamique de croissance.**

Il/Elle sera responsable de l’ensemble des actions menées par le réseau, sera l’interface entre : Investisseuses et futures investisseuses du réseau ; Partenaires, soutiens et sponsors ; Acteurs de l'écosystème (startups, fonds d’investissements, incubateurs, etc.).

Il/Elle dirigera une équipe opérationnelle de 3 personnes, organisée autour de 2 pôles : opérations et investissements et rendra compte à la Présidence de l’Association.

**Description des missions**:
**I. Management global de l’activité du réseau**
- Mise en œuvre de la stratégie définie avec le Conseil d’Administration
- Coordination des équipes opérationnelles et du pôle investissements
- Participation aux Conseils d’Administration et contribution à la réflexion stratégique de l’association
- Suivi de la data (investissements, business angels, etc.)

**II. Représentation du réseau auprès de l’écosystème startups et investisseurs**
- Développement et suivi de partenariats et sponsoring avec des acteurs de l’écosystème
- Représentation de FBA à certains évènements de l’écosystème

**III. Animation du réseau**
- Politique dynamique de recrutement et intégration des nouvelles investisseuses
- Participation et animation des sessions de formation

**IV. Communication**
- Gestion de la communication interne et externe
- Transformation et digitalisation de l’association : choix et mise en place des nouveaux outils

**V. Evènementiel**
- Organisation des événements du réseau (WinDays à Paris et en régions, évènements ponctuels)
- Organisation de soirées investisseuses (6 à 10 par an)

**Profil**:

- Organisé(e), rigoureux(se), autonome
- Fédérateur/trice et communicant(e), doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel
- Capacité managériale, sachant gérer son temps et son stress
- Dynamique, fait preuve d’initiative et est force de proposition

**Formation et expérience**:

- Diplômé(e) d’un bac +5
- Une expérience professionnelle de 3/5 ans ou plus dans l’écosystème des startups ou des investisseurs est nécessaire
- Excellente maîtrise digitale

**Lieu**: Paris et télétravail partiel possible

**Rémunération**: Selon profil
