**About the role**
**Chief of Staff to the CEO**
Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Chief of Staff reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief of Staff ensures the CEO and Excom are able to focus on the right priorities, by supporting them with progress tracking in key company initiatives, with driving efficiencies within the organization, and with decision making (by providing information at the right point in time). Also responsible to ensure that the CEO is making the best use of their time when it comes to both internal and external engagements.
This is a full-time role based out of our Paris office.
**What you'll be doing**:
Supporting the CEO in preparing for key meetings and events internally and externally (e.g. Townhalls, Board meetings, keynote speeches), incl. materials preparation, market research.
Directly owns high priority meetings (e.g. ExComm meetings, Leadership offsites), incl. agenda-setting, materials preparation and review, and follow-up.
Has a project management role in cross-functional strategic initiatives: driving the initial outlining of roadmaps and teams setup, making sure there is alignment at executive level, ensuring alignment of goals and metrics with company-wide priorities, and handing over to the respective managers.
Can support the CEO in steering company wide initiatives, directly led by the CEO
Works closely with the CEO and ExCom to define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the organization, ensures alignment across teams, and supports the CEO in monitoring of progress.
Serves as the thought partner for the CEO, ensuring they have the information needed to make important decisions (e.g. pulling progress tracking/performance analysis from various teams), helping them funnel their time and attention (working closely with ExCom), and acting as a source of objective counsel/strategy advice and feedback, operating with the needs of the whole organization in mind.
Serves as a bridge between teams (e.g. Regions and Functions) to resolve cross-functional issues and promote efficient operations by identifying and addressing opportunities to increase operational efficiency (e.g. through process and workflow improvement).
**Who you are**
You have a minimum of 5 years experience in a project manager and/or strategy role working closely with executives and board in a fast-moving, high stakes environment.
Data analysis and project management experience are a must.
English fluency is a must, knowledge of French is preferred.
Master's degree in Business Administration or similar field is preferred
Confidence and clout to be perceived as credible deputy, also built through experience working with executives and boards in fast-moving, high-stakes environments
Are a clear written and verbal communicator
Are execution

Have well-developed project management skills: organized and disciplined, attentive to details, able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and comfortable following up doggedly to ensure the right results
Able to deftly navigate complex cross-functional projects and help accelerate decisions in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
Great organizational skills and task-oriented mindset
Are eager to learn and explore across all areas of the business
Benefit from strong emotional intelligence, humility, situational sensitivity, ability to build and nurture strong relationships across the organization, and willingness navigate the company in an non political manner
Quickly synthesize information to provide recommendations, create materials for firm-wide or targeted communications, etc.
