Come and join the ILL’s Stores, Transport and Customs group and work with dynamic people, liaising with another research institute, the ESRF (European Synchrotron Radiation Facility). You will be fully involved the strategic logistics that ensure the smooth running of ILL’s essential operations and experiments.

**Your tasks**
As part of the Stores, Transport and Customs group and overseen by your supervisor, your tasks will include the following:

- Physical receipt of goods for the ILL and the ESRF
- Data entry for incoming/outgoing parcels
- On-site delivery of parcels
- Customer reception and counter service (issuing of parcels and withdrawals of stock items)
- Management of delivery notes (data entry, archiving, etc.)
- Assistance with arranging the shipment of parcels (within France, EU and outside the EU).

**Your profile**
- You are studying for a Level 3 qualification (NVQ or equivalent) in warehouse logistics (or equivalent).
- Initial experience in logistics would be an advantage but is not compulsory.
- Experience of working in a team with a customer service focus is desirable.
- You are hard-working, enthusiastic and adaptable.
- You must have basic IT skills.
- Knowledge of English would be appreciated, given the international character of the two research institutes.
- A category B driving licence would be appreciated.
