L’équipe des Appels d'Offres et des Projets du groupe Alstom recrute un Responsable Formation Projet au niveau mondial. Dans ce rôle, vous développerez et mettrez à jour la stratégie d'apprentissage et de développement pour assurer la croissance de la communauté des appels d'offres et des projets de l'entreprise selon le modèle opérationnel d'Alstom.
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur de la Project Academy, vous serez le principal point de contact pour tous les aspects opérationnels du développement des compétences en matière de gestion des appels d'offres et des projets, y compris la formation global des appels d’offre et la page numérique de la Project Academy dans l'Alstom University.
Vous serez responsable de:
- Effectuer les mises à jour de la Project Management Academy
- En fonction des besoins de formation de la Project Academy et de la feuille de route de l'orientation de l'apprentissage, coordonner la formation ou les mises à jour/améliorations du matériel de formation avec les experts et les agences externes potentielles.
- Etablir un lien solide entre les matrices de compétences en matière d'appels d'offres et de gestion de projet pour chaque métier et le programme de formation.
- Gérer et coordonner la mise en œuvre et le déploiement du programme de formation global pour la communauté des appels d'offres et de la gestion de projet, conformément à l'offre de la page numérique de la Project Academy.
- Effectuer le partage des mises à jour/meilleures pratiques et des outils associés aux chefs de projet et de Métier d'appel d'offres.
- Contrôler la qualité de la formation et la participation en suivant les KPI et d'autres rapports selon les demandes.
En outre, vous allez:
- Faire partie d'une équipe qui a un impact sur les projets et les appels d'offres d'Alstom à l'échelle mondiale.
- Développer un état d'esprit multiculturel en interagissant avec des équipes situées dans le monde entier
- Vous développer dans la résolution de problèmes et la simplification.
Votre profil:
- Master en Commerce
- Expérience dans le développement des compétences et de la formation
- Compétences techniques en matière d'outils d'apprentissage numériques : MS Sharepoint, Elucidat, Bealink, Uptale, Komodal, Easymovie pour la création de vidéos.
- Solides compétences en matière de communication avec tous les niveaux de l'organisation
- Capacité à remettre en question le statu quo
- Travail d'équipe / collaboration

Alstom Group Tender and Project Office is hiring a Project Academy Training Manager at Global level. In this role, you will develop and update learning and development strategy to cover growing Tender and Project community and business demand of Alstom operating model.
Reporting to the Project Academy Manager, you will be the main point of contact for all operational aspects of Tender and Project Management competence development including global training offer and Project academy digital page in Alstom University.
You will be responsible for:
- Support all aspects of updates in the Project Management Academy
- Based on Project Academy training gaps and learning orientation roadmap, coordinate training developments or updates/enhancements of training material with Subject Matter Experts and potentially external agencies
- Build a strong link between the Tender and Project Management competency matrixes for each Métier and the learning curriculum
- Manage and coordinate the implementation and deployment of the global training curriculum for the Tender and Project Management community as per offer on the Project Academy digital page
- Support the communication and sharing of updates/best practices and associated tools to Project and Bid Métier leaders
- Monitor training quality and participation by following up KPIs and other reports as per requests
In addition, you will:
- Be part of a team impacting Alstom’s Projects and Bids at global scale
- Develop a multicultural mindset by interacting with teams located across the global the world
- Develop yourself in problem solving and simplification
Your profile:
- Business Master’s degree
- Competency development and training experience
- Technical competences regarding digital learning tools: MS Sharepoint, Elucidat, Bealink, Uptale, Komodal, Easymovie for video creations.
- Strong communication skills
