Index Structuring Intern

To complement our team of index structuring and business development experts, we are looking for a driven individual to support the team on both index management and marketing support.
Primary Responsibilities:
Enhancing the index library with new tools (new calculation formula, risk models, performance attributions)
- Develop scripts to simulate investment strategies and automate reporting
- Ensuring consistency of internal databases, data quality checks for indices design
- Doing market research to identify areas of growth
- Assist in the definition of new index methodologies adapted to the demands of end investors- Profile :- Master’s Degree in Business / Finance / Audit / Law- Skills :_- English: full professional proficiency is required
- Rigorous, curious and autonomous
- Hands-on approach and attention to details
- Team player and Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills
- ESG expertise is a plus
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and PythonPosition for June 2024.
