strategic plans for implementing information technologies. We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT

Project Officer to join our dynamic team.

**Your role**

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Project Officer to join our Directorate of Information Technology.

Under the authority of the Head of the CIO Office, you will play a key role in coordinating projects, managing resources, and

ensuring alignment with our IT strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in IT project

management and a passion for technology.

As a Junior IT Project Officer, you will perform the following duties:
assisting on the development of the overall approach for projects, defining major time frames and deliverables to achieve
desired goals and outcomes;
helping the team to coordinate the planning, organisation, and evaluation of IT projects in collaboration with relevant
staff and external partners, ensuring alignment with key strategies, priorities, and deadlines;
working closely with the Heads of Project Management Office (PMO) and Change Management to establish and
manage project roadmaps within established best practices, standards, and frameworks;
participating in meetings to monitor IT project needs across different Directorates and Services;
acting as a catalyst for progress, facilitating consultation and exchanges to find common solutions and ensure follow
- up.

preparing, ensuring quality, and disseminating IT project documentation and management materials;
evaluating projects to identify adjustments and improve working methods;
assisting team members, fostering internal communication, cooperation, team spirit, and a harmonious working
atmosphere;
monitoring project activities to ensure they progress according to schedule and evaluate project risks, following up on
mitigation plans;
assisting the team to elaborate business cases and returns on Investment (ROI), develop and control program budgets,
managing expenditures within agreed spending plans to achieve effective and efficient results;
partnering with executive sponsors to communicate program goals, objectives, and potential outcomes;
participating to regular interactions with executive sponsors to inform, alert, negotiate, and maintain good relationships
and a shared vision for program outcomes;
staying informed of the latest IT developments and working closely with all stakeholders to ensure activities are well
- coordinated;
acting as an advisor, building and maintaining relationships across the wider stakeholder community;
reporting to the PMO and executive sponsors on results achieved, additional needs, risks, and opportunities;
producing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the program;
assisting to the creation and maintenance of required program documentation and artifacts.

You must:
have a higher education degree or qualification equivalent to a master’s degree (2nd cycle of the Bologna process
framework of qualifications for the European Higher Education Area) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science,
or a related field;
have a maximum of two years of relevant professional experience in IT project management;
have a very good knowledge of one of the two official langua
