**Job Description**:
Our Corporate Legal team is looking for an intern from July to December 2023. You will join a team composed of 4 people specialized in corporate, governance, M&A and compliance matters.
**What you will do**:
- Legal aspects related to securities law, in particular corporate governance and regulatory matters and legal aspects related to capital market transactions, including the issuance of equity securities or other securities
- Legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions
- Participation in the preparation of the financial reports and preparation of the boards of directors and shareholders’ general meeting of Deezer group
- Coordination with the legal counsels, in France and abroad
- Management of various service contracts and management of KYC requests from Deezer group's partners
- Legal advice to the Deezer teams on various issue/Legal watch
**Qualifications**:
This role is excellent for a person with:
- A Master's degree in law
- Professional experience in a company and/or law firm (internship, fixed-term contract etc.)
- A very good level of English, written and oral
- Rigor, autonomy and motivation
