Une partie de notre stratégie de croissance consiste à attirer les meilleurs talents pour nous aider à entretenir notre succès continu. Nous recherchons maintenant notre nouveau-elle Back Office Manager.
En intégrant l’équipe Fraude, KYC et Recouvrement, vous reporterez au Debt Collection Manager et au VP Fraud. Main dans la main avec l’équipe recouvrement, les équipes paiement et produit, notre mission est d’identifier, d’analyser et de recouvrir les créances de nos utilisateurs.
**Vous aurez pour missions de**:
- Gérer de manière autonome votre portefeuille de clients débiteurs et prioriser les dossiers dont le ROI est le plus élevé,
- Qualifier chaque dossier afin d'identifier la cause de la dette et pouvoir l'expliquer simplement au débiteur,
- Définir la solution personnalisée la plus adaptée au débiteur, en adéquation avec la politique de recouvrement de l'entreprise, pour procéder au remboursement de la dette (échéancier...),
- Développer une relation de proximité avec le débiteur en tant qu'interlocuteur sur toute la durée du recouvrement,
- Suivre les éventuels échéanciers mis en place,
- Actualiser les reportings et être garant des informations enregistrées sur chaque dossier, de la phase de prise de contact jusqu'à l'aboutissement du processus de recouvrement amiable,
- Partager les dossiers complexes à nos agences de recouvrement partenaires et suivre leurs performances.
**Vous êtes au bon endroit si**:
- Vous êtes diplômé d’une École d’Ingénieur, de Commerce ou de l'Université
- Vous avez entre 1 et 5 ans d'expérience
- Vous êtes organisé et très rigoureux
- Vous avez un esprit très analytique et structuré
- Vous aimez le contact client et n'avez pas peur d'être confronté à des situations relationnelles complexes
- Vous savez utiliser Excel / Google Sheet : tableaux croisés dynamiques, fonctions de base (ex : "RechercheV"), formatage propre des feuilles de calcul, etc.
- Vous n'avez pas peur d'acquérir des compétences de base en SQL
