Avec 1 100 salariés, le site d’Alstom à La Rochelle est l’un des 15 sites industriels d’Alstom en France. Il est le centre d’excellence mondial pour la conception et la fabrication des Trains à Très Grande Vitesse et des tramways Citadis.
Au sein de l'Engineering et du service Certification & Validation du site Alstom La Rochelle, nous recherchons un ingénieur test et essais. Vous interviendrez pendant les campagnes d'essais des deux gammes de produits, votre rôle sera de garantir la tenu opérationnelle de la rame de Train. Vous serez formé.e et accompagné.e pour votre montée en compétences par les mebres de l'équipe mais aussi à travers de formations adaptées et ciblées.
Vos responsabilités:
- Collecter les anomalies fonctionnelles et gérer les rapports de maturité fonctionnelle des moyens.
- Diriger la résolution des problèmes fonctionnels avec une approche méthodique.
- Maintenir les moyens de tests fonctionnels (train, TrainLab) en conditions opérationnelles.
- Soutenir les ingénieurs TrainLab et les gestionnaires de train dans l'intégration et la mise en service fonctionnelle des équipements au sein des installations de test fonctionnel.
- Communiquer clairement les problèmes, les réussites et les difficultés via des rapports d'activité réguliers.
- Soutenir l'ensemble de l'équipe de validation des trains dans leur développement des compétences de contrôle et de comportement des trains.
- Veiller au respect des règles EHS, des règles de sécurité informatique et des règles de cybersécurité.
- Exécuter des tests fonctionnels au niveau du train.
Profil recherché:
De formation ingénieur généraliste, vous avez une première experience terrain ou/et logiciel dans le domaine industriel.
Idéalement, vous avez des connaissances des principes d’interface réseau et les outils d’automatisme
Autonome et force de proposition, vous faites preuve de curiosité technique, de capacité d’analyse et de rigueur.
Vous disposez d’une aisance relationnelle avec un sens de la communication et du travail en équipe avéré.
Vous êtes complètement autonome pour travailler en anglais.
