**Key responsibilities**

Processing and follow-up of quotations:
Process requests for quotations, ensure follow-up

Processing and follow-up of Orders:
process orders; follow up preparations issue proformas. Informing customers

Preparation for shipment and invoicing:
specify the shipping elements (place of delivery, etc) Specify the invoicing elements (VAT, invoicing address ) Transmit the elements to the logistics department; send invoices to the customer and follow up if necessary

Filing - Archiving:
**Key requirements**

Commercial administration

English, both read and written

Knowledge of the SAP software

Knowledge of Microsoft office
