Rattaché(e) à la Direction des Ressources Humaines, en votre qualité de Business Partner, vous accompagnez nos collaborateurs de Business Units (300 personnes) et vous déployez la politique RH en lien avec la stratégie du Groupe.

**HR Business Partner, en CDI**, sur notre site de Colombes.

**Quelles seront vos missions ?**
- Mettre en œuvre la stratégie RH et accompagner le développement de l'entreprise en partenariat avec les Directeurs et Managers,
- Conseiller les Managers et les Directeurs en matière de gestion RH, notamment sur le volet social,
- Accompagner les changements d'organisation au sein des équipes opérationnelles,
- Conduire des projets RH pour structurer la politique RH de l'entreprise,
- Travailler en collaboration avec toute l'équipe RH (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Relations Sociales...), afin d'assurer le déploiement efficace de la politique RH,
- Identifier les axes de progrès de la DRH et mettre en œuvre des solutions pragmatiques,
- S'assurer de l'engagement des collaborateurs, en partenariat avec les Managers, pour identifier les plans d'actions dans un objectif d'amélioration continue,
- Participer à la gestion des compétences et des talents au sein des Business Units,
- Participer aux processus de recrutement et de mobilité,
- Identifier les principaux besoins de formation et les remonter, afin de mener des actions de formation,
- Accompagner le pilotage de la gestion de la masse salariale et des budgets,
- Assurer la gestion opérationnelle des collaborateurs de l'intégration à la sortie.

**Quel profil recherchons-nous ?**
- Expérience de 3 ans minimum sur un poste de RRH généraliste, Bac +4/5 en gestion et/ou management des ressources humaines,
- Orientation business et sens du service client,
- Capacité d'analyse des situations, afin d'apporter les solutions adaptées,
- Agilité dans la gestion du changement et dans un environnement de travail complexe et en évolution rapide,
- Force de persuasion, capacité à argumenter,
- Qualités d'organisation, de communication, de collaboration,
- Sens de la confidentialité,
- Maîtrise des outils MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) et de SIRH,
- Solides connaissances en droit social,
- Maîtrise des activités recrutement, disciplinaire, administration du personnel, compensation & benefits,
- Appétence pour les projets,
- Anglais professionnel oral et écrit,
- Mobilité IDF, sur nos 2 sites basés à Bussy-Saint-Georges (77) et à Colombes (92).
