**What success looks like in this role**:

- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
- Provides problem resolution for HR related issues that may be non-standard within defined practices and procedures.
- Works on problems of large scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Exercises judgment to determine appropriate action.
- Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
- Normally receives general instructions on moderately complex work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.
- **Preparing the presentation documents and media for CSE, CAO and NAO meetings (PowerPoint presentation, preparing answers to questions on the agenda, etc.),**:

- **Helping to prepare and monitor the schedule**:

- **Monitoring professional elections**:

- **Monitoring HR actions (receiving and processing individual HR requests, liaising with various internal and external contacts)**:

- **Supporting the implementation of the internal HR policy and ensuring compliance with processes**:

- **Advising and guiding French and foreign managers on HR and labor law issues**:

- **Drawing up and drafting collective agreements: support in preparing the business case, Excel-based macro-costing, preparing PowerPoint presentations, assisting with payroll roll-out)**:

- **Preparing communications to all staff and ensuring individual exchanges with employees as required**:

- **Possibly attend meetings with the IRP if this is relevant to other tasks.**:
**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Holder of a Master **2 **degree/MBA in HR or Employment Law/Company Law
- Mastery of the office pack (in particular Excel)
- English and French: native or bilingual French, bilingual or good level of English
- 3 to 5 years experience in HR and RS functions
