The HERMEQ Group (The HERMEQ Group - HERMEQ) is a group of companies that’s operations span manufacturing, distribution & installation of non-mechanical plant across the UK & Europe. Over the last 6 years, since our foundation, the group has grown to over 80 employees across 5 locations, leading us to being recognised as one of the fastest growing companies in the UK Sunday Times.

We will expand our e-commerce presence (Hermeq UK Home Page) into Northern Europe over the coming months & this is an exciting opportunity to lead our expansion in France. We already have significant sales in Northern Europe & this person will form a sales office & distribution centre in France to fulfil & expand our sales in this region. As country manager you will be responsible for the setup and growth of the French operation, with support from the Groups sales, marketing, finance & purchasing teams. This will include establishing a small team, initially of 2-3 people, a distribution centre & helping to build supply chain partners and customers. This person will report directly into our Group Managing Director, with the intention of them joining the board over time.

This person should also have an entrepreneurial mindset as they spot and exploit new markets & opportunities for expansion. With HERMEQs portfolio of businesses constantly evolving this person will also have to quickly react to a fast-paced environment that is always changing. The start-up mindset is still a core part of the companies vision and growth is embedded in our mentality.

You will be both able to learn from our current leadership team in how we built our existing markets & also have the freedom to build your own style of team, management & culture that fits the local market. As the success of this operation grows you will also be rewarded as management teams receive bonuses based upon profit shares within their local markets.

Salary EUR 80,000 + Bonus scheme OTE EUR 90,000 - 125,000
