**Description**
Abalone Osny spécialisé en services de ressources humaines, travail temporaire, recrutement et formation vous accompagne sur tous vos projets professionnels Formation/intérim/CDI/CDD/CDI Intérimaire.
Nous recherchons pour un de nos clients, un Global Customer Logistics ManagerH/F:
Ce qu'on attend de vous ?
- Diriger activement la gestion et le suivi des commandes de contrats clients stratégiques européens pour répondre aux demandes des clients grâce à l'intégration avec les usines de fabrication, les opérations logistiques et la planification/prévision des flux logistiques via le centre logistique européen de Cergy ainsi que pour les livraisons directes depuis les principales usines
- Superviser l'équipe de logisticiens du client et mettre en oeuvre les normes, les directives, la technologie et les procédures
- Établir des relations avec les clients stratégiques pour comprendre les attentes des clients, ainsi que pour diriger des projets/initiatives visant à améliorer l'efficacité des chaînes d'approvisionnement des clients et de HFS
- Négocie avec les Clients les conditions logistiques (flux, transport, délais, définition et objectifs des KPI?)
- Examiner et analyser les niveaux de stock, les prévisions de commandes et les informations telles que le taux de consommation et les conditions actuelles du marché et recommander des plans de réapprovisionnement
- Met en oeuvre une nouvelle technologie pour conduire l'analyse des causes profondes et la résolution des problèmes liés à la livraison à temps et à d'autres mesures individuelles/d'équipe
- Soutenir le personnel pour résoudre tout problème et/ou concernant les livraisons des clients ainsi que résoudre les problèmes difficiles et les plaintes des clients
- Gère les excédents et les pénuries, les stocks obsolètes, les activités d'annulation, l'utilisation prévue et d'autres activités de planification/réduction des stocks.
- Participe au partage de processus standard à travers l'organisation et aide au développement de SOP
- Identifie et dirige des projets d'amélioration, qui peuvent inclure de nouvelles évaluations et mises en oeuvre de technologies, la normalisation des politiques et des améliorations de l'efficacité de la chaîne d'approvisionnement
- Met en oeuvre des améliorations de processus grâce à une collaboration inter fonctionnelle ainsi qu'à des partenariats avec les clients pour favoriser la réalisation des mesures organisationnelles et des objectifs de compte individuels
Vous êtes polyvalent(e), organisé(e), rigoureux(se), méthodique.
De formation BTS/DUT ou école de commerce, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou logistique
Master en commerce, ingénierie, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, finance ou équivalent
5 à 10 ans d'expérience en chaîne d'approvisionnement et/ou en service client, production ou planification client
Très bon niveau d'anglais à l'écrit et l'oral.
Connaissances techniques liées à la logistique.
Expérience : Poste basé à Cergy(95)
Amplitude horaire : base 35H
Contrat : CDI
Du lundi au vendredi
Salaire : 65-70k€ SUR 12 MOIS
