To support the continuous growth of Valeo eAutomotive in the PEM department we are looking for a Global SW Projects Director (M/F/d) at the earliest opportunity
Your new task - thrilling and future-oriented- You are responsible for all SW Projects (P0-P3) in your product cluster.- You lead the Product Department Managers hierarchically- You are accountable for the overall projects MTP and estimations in alignment with the Platforms and Clusters.- You represent the SW Engineering discipline in front of the customer and internally in Project Steering Meetings (Red Project follow up).- You support the RFQ phase of a project and help the team to estimate the efforts and achieve their commitments.- You are responsible to align all SW Product Departments and to develop common parts only in the transversal cluster.- You standardize the SW Project Management worldwide and over all Product clusters.- You have the direct link to the BG to define the SW Project Management Processes.- You ensure the process compliance in the projects together with the Global SW Department Managers.
